04Uygulama
Hesap ve profil
Ad, soyad, e-posta adresi ve şifren (yalnızca geri döndürülemez özeti saklanır). İsteğe bağlı olarak profil fotoğrafı, kısa tanıtım, dalış sertifikan ve kuruluşu, dil, birim ve görünüm tercihlerin, dekompresyon (gradient factor) ayarın ve ilgi alanların.
Paylaştığın içerik
Oluşturduğun dalış noktaları, dalış kayıtların (derinlik, süre, gaz, dalış eşi, notlar), yorumların, deniz canlısı gözlemlerin, fotoğrafların, dalış gezilerin, beğenilerin, kaydettiklerin ve takip ettiğin dalgıçlar. Profilin (ad, fotoğraf, tanıtım, sertifika), noktaların, yorumların, gezilerin ve bir noktaya eklediğin dalış kayıtları adınla birlikte diğer kullanıcılara görünür. E-posta adresin hiçbir zaman gösterilmez.
Bildirme ve engelleme
Bir yorumu ya da dalgıcı bildirdiğinde bildirimin (neden, tarih ve bildirilen yorumun metni) moderatörlere iletilir; bildirilen kişiye kimin bildirdiği söylenmez. Engellediğin dalgıçların listesi tutulur. Bu kayıtlar, ilgili hesaplardan biri silinene kadar saklanır. Hesap açarken kabul ettiğin kullanım koşullarının sürümü ve tarihi de saklanır.
Konum
Konum izni verirsen cihazının konumu yalnızca o anki işlem için kullanılır: yakınındaki noktaları göstermek ve bir noktayı oluşturduğunda ya da onayladığında gerçekten orada olduğunu doğrulamak. Cihaz konumun sunucuda saklanmaz ve kayıtlara yazılmaz. Oluşturduğun dalış noktasının koordinatları ise noktanın bir parçası olarak herkese açıktır.
Fotoğraflar
Yüklediğin fotoğraflar kaydedilmeden önce yeniden kodlanır ve içlerindeki EXIF, IPTC ve XMP bilgileri (çekildiği yer, zaman, cihaz modeli) silinir. Fotoğraflar, bağlantısını bilen herkesin görebileceği adreslerde sunulur.
Bildirimler
Bildirimlere izin verirsen cihazının bildirim jetonu saklanır ve bildirimler bu jetonla gönderilir.
Hata raporları
Uygulama çökmeleri ve hatalar; hata ayrıntısı, uygulama ve işletim sistemi sürümü, cihaz modeli ve rastgele bir hesap kimliğiyle raporlanır. Ad, e-posta, konum ve içeriklerin bu raporlara eklenmez. Raporları Profil → Hata raporları bölümünden kapatabilirsin. Raporlar 30 gün sonra silinir.
Hukuki sebepler
- Hesabın, içeriğin, konumun anlık kullanımı ve bildirimler: hizmetin sunulması için sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK m. 5/2-c).
- Güvenlik, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi ve hata raporları: meşru menfaat (KVKK m. 5/2-f).
- Mevzuattan doğan yükümlülükler: KVKK m. 5/2-ç.
05Aktarım ve hizmet sağlayıcılar
Verilerin satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak için gereken sağlayıcılarla, gereken ölçüde paylaşılır:

Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı yurt dışında bulunduğundan, aktarım KVKK m. 9'da öngörülen uygun güvenceler (Kurul'un yayımladığı standart sözleşmeler) kapsamında yapılır. Yetkili kurum ve kuruluşlara ise yalnızca hukuken zorunlu olduğunda bilgi verilir.
06Saklama ve silme
- Hesap verileri hesabın açık kaldığı sürece saklanır. Hesabını Profil → Hesabı sil ile sildiğinde hesabın, içeriğin ve yüklediğin fotoğraflar hemen silinir; yedeklerden de en geç 14 gün içinde kalkar.
- Hata raporları 30 gün, sunucu erişim kayıtları en fazla 30 gün saklanır.

07Hakların (KVKK m. 11)
Kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik ya da yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, KVKK m. 7 çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini ve bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, yalnızca otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhine bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğradıysan zararın giderilmesini talep etme hakların vardır.
Başvurularını hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden dyamv9898@gmail.com adresine iletebilirsin. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde ve ücretsiz olarak yanıtlanır. Yanıttan memnun kalmazsan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsin.
08Güvenlik
Bağlantılar HTTPS ile şifrelenir, şifreler geri döndürülemez biçimde saklanır, oturumlar şifre değiştiğinde geçersiz kılınır ve veritabanı yedekleri yalnızca yetkili kişilerce okunabilir biçimde tutulur.
09Çocuklar
DiverLore 16 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır. Bir çocuğa ait veri işlediğimizi fark edersen bize yaz; kaydı sileriz.
10Değişiklikler
Bu metin değişirse güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır ve sürüm tarihi güncellenir. Erken erişim listesindeki onayın, onay verdiğin sürüme bağlı olarak saklanır.

- Your location is used only for the action at hand and is not stored on our servers. Location and device details are removed from photos before they are saved.
- You can delete your account from the app at any time; your data and photos are deleted with it.

02This website (diverlore.com)
- No cookies or tracking. The site uses no cookies, ads or analytics. Fonts and videos are served from our own server, so no third party learns about your visit.
- Your language choice is kept only in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to us.
- Technical logs: the server may keep access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. They are kept for at most 30 days.
03Early-access list

04The app
Account and profile
First name, last name, e-mail address and your password (only an irreversible hash is stored). Optionally a profile photo, a short bio, your diving certification and agency, language, unit and appearance preferences, decompression (gradient factor) setting and interests.
Content you share
Dive sites you create, dive logs (depth, time, gas, buddy, notes), comments, marine-life sightings, photos, dive trips, likes, saved sites and the divers you follow. Your profile (name, photo, bio, certification), sites, comments, trips and the dive logs you add to a site are shown to other users under your name. Your e-mail address is never shown.
Reporting and blocking
When you report a comment or a diver, your report (reason, date and the text of the reported comment) goes to the moderators; the person reported is never told who reported them. The list of divers you have blocked is stored. These records are kept until one of the accounts involved is deleted. The version and date of the terms of use you accepted at signup are stored too.
Location
If you grant location permission, your device's position is used only for the action at hand: showing sites near you, and confirming that you are really there when you create or confirm a site. Your device location is not stored on our servers or written to logs. The coordinates of a dive site you create are public as part of that site.
Photos
Photos you upload are re-encoded before they are saved, and their EXIF, IPTC and XMP data (where and when they were taken, device model) is removed. Photos are served at addresses that anyone with the link can open.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, your device's push token is stored and used to deliver them.
Crash reports
Crashes and errors are reported with the error details, app and OS version, device model and a random account ID. Your name, e-mail, location and content are never included. You can switch reports off under Profile → Crash reports. Reports are deleted after 30 days.
Legal bases
- Your account, content, momentary use of location, and notifications: entering into and performing the contract to provide the service (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
- Security, abuse prevention and crash reports: legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
- Obligations under the law: KVKK art. 5/2-ç.
05Transfers and service providers
Your data is not sold or shared for advertising. It is shared only with the providers needed to run the service, and only as far as needed:

Because some of these providers are outside Turkey, transfers are made under the safeguards of KVKK art. 9 (the standard contracts published by the Board). Public authorities receive information only where the law requires it.
06Retention and deletion
- Account data is kept while your account is open. When you delete it under Profile → Delete account, your account, content and uploaded photos are deleted immediately, and drop out of backups within 14 days.
- Crash reports are kept for 30 days and server access logs for at most 30 days.

07Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected; to have it deleted or destroyed under KVKK art. 7 and to have these actions notified to those third parties; to object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Send requests from the e-mail address registered to your account to dyamv9898@gmail.com. They are answered free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
08Security
Connections are encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored irreversibly, sessions are revoked when a password changes, and database backups are readable only by authorised staff.
09Children
DiverLore is not designed for children under 16. If you believe we hold a child's data, write to us and we will delete it.
10Changes
If this notice changes, the current version is published on this page with an updated date. Consent given on the early-access list is stored together with the version you agreed to.
