Kısaca

Taciz, nefret söylemi, cinsel ya da şiddet içeren içerik, spam ve sahte hesaba yer yok. Bu kurallara uymayan içeriği kaldırır, hesabı askıya alırız.
Rahatsız eden bir yorumu ya da dalgıcı uygulamadan bildirebilir ve engelleyebilirsin. Bildirimler genellikle 24 saat içinde incelenir.
DiverLore bir dalış bilgisayarı değildir. Gösterdiği limitler ve nokta bilgileri dalışını planlamak için değil, bilgi içindir.

01Kapsam

Bu koşullar DiverLore mobil uygulamasını ve diverlore.com sitesini (birlikte "hizmet") kullanman için geçerlidir. Hizmeti sunan: Volkan, Tuzla, İstanbul, Türkiye. Kişisel verilerinin nasıl işlendiği aydınlatma metninde anlatılır.

02Hesabın

Hesap açmak için en az 16 yaşında olmalısın.
Adını ve e-posta adresini doğru girmelisin; başka birinin adına hesap açamazsın.
Şifreni kimseyle paylaşma. Hesabında yapılanlardan sen sorumlusun.

03Topluluk kuralları

DiverLore'da paylaştığın her şey (dalış noktaları, kayıtlar, yorumlar, fotoğraflar, profilin) aşağıdaki kurallara uymalıdır. Bu kurallarda sıfır tolerans uygularız.

Taciz ve nefret yok: Kimseyi aşağılama, tehdit etme, ırkı, dini, cinsiyeti, cinsel yönelimi, engelliliği ya da kökeni nedeniyle hedef alma.
Cinsel ya da şiddet içeren içerik yok.
Spam ve reklam yok: Ürün, hizmet ya da başka bir siteyi tanıtmak için içerik paylaşma.
Sahte hesap ve taklit yok.
Tehlikeli ya da bilerek yanlış bilgi yok: Yanlış konum, derinlik ya da koşul bilgisi girme; güvenli olmayan dalışı teşvik etme.
Yasa dışı içerik yok: Koruma alanlarında yasaklı dalışı, avlanmayı ya da tarihi eser çıkarmayı teşvik etme.
Başkasının hakkına saygı: Sana ait olmayan ya da yayınlama iznin olmayan fotoğrafı yükleme. Başkalarının kişisel bilgilerini (telefon, adres, e-posta) paylaşma.

04Bildirme, engelleme ve moderasyon

Bildir: Bir yorumun, dalış kaydının ya da profilin yanındaki ⋯ menüsünden; bir dalış noktası için noktanın sayfasındaki Bildir düğmesinden. Bildirilen kişiye kimin bildirdiği söylenmez.
Engelle: Aynı menüden. Engellediğin dalgıçla birbirinizin yorumlarını ve dalış kayıtlarını görmezsiniz, birbirinizi takip edemezsiniz. Engeli Profil → Engellenen dalgıçlar bölümünden kaldırabilirsin.
Moderasyon: Bildirimler moderatörlerimize anında iletilir ve genellikle 24 saat içinde incelenir. Birkaç dalgıcın bildirdiği bir yorum ya da nokta, inceleme bitene kadar gizlenir. Kurallara aykırı içeriği kaldırırız; kuralları ihlal eden hesabı uyarmadan askıya alabiliriz.

05Paylaştığın içerik

Paylaştığın içerik senin kalır. Paylaşarak, bu içeriği hizmet içinde diğer kullanıcılara göstermemiz, saklamamız ve bunun için gereken biçimde (örneğin küçük resim olarak) işlememiz için bize ücretsiz ve dünya çapında bir kullanım izni verirsin. Bu izin içeriği ya da hesabını sildiğinde sona erer. İçeriğin için gerekli hakların sende olduğunu kabul edersin.

06Dalış güvenliği

DiverLore bir dalış bilgisayarı ya da dalış planlama aracı değildir. Gösterilen dekompresyonsuz limitler (Bühlmann ZHL-16C) bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; dalışını bu sayılara dayandırma.
Dalış noktası, koşul ve gözlem bilgileri topluluk tarafından girilir; doğru, güncel ya da eksiksiz olduğunu garanti etmeyiz.
Dalışını her zaman eğitimine, sertifikanın sınırlarına, kendi dalış bilgisayarına ve dalış liderinin talimatlarına göre yap. Acil durumda 112 ya da Sahil Güvenlik 158'i ara.

07Sorumluluk

Hizmeti özenle sunarız, ancak kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, kullanıcıların paylaştığı içerikten ve bu içeriğe dayanarak verilen kararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Kasıt ve ağır ihmalden doğan sorumluluk ile tüketici olarak kanundan doğan hakların saklıdır.

08Hesabın sona ermesi

Hesabını istediğin an Profil → Hesabı sil ile silebilirsin. Bu koşulları ihlal edersen hesabını askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.

09App Store ve Google Play

Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiysen Apple'ın standart son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Bu koşulların tarafı Apple ya da Google değildir; uygulamanın içeriği ve desteği bizim sorumluluğumuzdadır.

10Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar değişirse güncel sürüm bu sayfada yeni tarihiyle yayınlanır; önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada da duyururuz. Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Sorular için: dyamv9898@gmail.com.

In short

No harassment, hate speech, sexual or violent content, spam or fake accounts. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend the accounts behind it.
You can report and block a comment or a diver from inside the app. Reports are usually reviewed within 24 hours.
DiverLore is not a dive computer. Its limits and site information are for reference, not for planning your dive.

01Scope

These terms apply to your use of the DiverLore mobile app and diverlore.com (together, "the service"). The service is provided by Volkan, Tuzla, İstanbul, Türkiye. How your personal data is processed is explained in the privacy notice.

02Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Use your real name and e-mail address; don't create an account in someone else's name.
Don't share your password. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

03Community rules

Everything you share on DiverLore (dive sites, logs, comments, photos, your profile) must follow these rules. We have zero tolerance for breaking them.

No harassment or hate: don't insult or threaten anyone, or target people for their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or origin.
No sexual or violent content.
No spam or advertising: don't post to promote a product, service or another website.
No fake accounts or impersonation.
No dangerous or knowingly false information: don't enter wrong locations, depths or conditions, or encourage unsafe diving.
Nothing illegal: don't encourage diving where it is prohibited, spearfishing in protected areas or removing artefacts.
Respect others' rights: don't upload photos that aren't yours or that you have no permission to publish. Don't share other people's personal details (phone, address, e-mail).

04Reporting, blocking and moderation

Report: from the ⋯ menu next to a comment, dive log or profile, or with the Report button on a dive site's page. The person reported is never told who reported them.
Block: from the same menu. You and the diver you block won't see each other's comments or dive logs, and can't follow each other. Unblock any time under Profile → Blocked divers.
Moderation: reports reach our moderators immediately and are usually reviewed within 24 hours. A comment or site reported by several divers is hidden until it has been reviewed. We remove content that breaks the rules and may suspend the account behind it without notice.

05Your content

What you share stays yours. By sharing it, you give us a free, worldwide permission to show it to other users within the service, to store it and to process it as needed for that (for example as a thumbnail). This permission ends when you delete the content or your account. You confirm that you hold the rights needed to share it.

06Dive safety

DiverLore is not a dive computer or a dive planning tool. The no-decompression limits it shows (Bühlmann ZHL-16C) are for reference; don't base your dive on these numbers.
Dive site, conditions and sighting information is entered by the community; we don't guarantee that it is accurate, current or complete.
Always dive according to your training, your certification limits, your own dive computer and your dive leader's instructions. In an emergency call 112 or the Coast Guard on 158.

07Liability

We provide the service with care but can't guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent the applicable law allows, we are not responsible for content shared by users or for decisions made on the basis of it. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and your statutory rights as a consumer, are unaffected.

08Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete account. If you break these terms, we may suspend or close your account.

09App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard end-user licence agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms; we alone are responsible for the app's content and support.

10Changes and governing law

If these terms change, the current version is published on this page with its new date; we also announce significant changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Questions: dyamv9898@gmail.com.
